Students from 60 schools in the Fox Valley have until March 1st to apply for scholarships through the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.
Spokeswoman Megan Mulholland says the total is $1.36 million. She says they’re tailored to participants in a variety of activities, including music, sports and other after-school activities.
Mulholland says recipients don’t have to be 4.0 students.
More than 200 scholarships are available for graduating seniors, non-traditional students returning to school, and people already going to college.
